So who are the faces behind Arron James?

Daniel Hawkesworth and Daniel Famili took over the thriving business, known then as Arron James in May 2013. With a combined experience of over 35 years, both Daniel’s have been Branch Managers in one of the UK’s largest corporate firms which has provided them with extensive experience and knowledge of the local areas.

With prior experience at one of the leading corporate estate agencies in the UK Daniel moved to Arron James as the Branch Manager and following his successful impact, he progressed to become the new Director in partnership with Daniel Famili and rebranded the existing company.

Working for over 20 years within the industry Daniel quickly progressed from the position of Sales Negotiator to Branch Manager following his successes and guiding his team to new heights. Daniel was previously awarded the top Negotiator in the Middlesex region year on year and his determined and ambitious attitude led him to his final position here as the company Director of Arron James alongside Daniel Hawkesworth.

Both having young families of their own, they fully appreciate the emotions that come with buying, selling or even renting a property. We guarantee rent on long terms rentals – This package is tailored to the Landlords needs.

Full Property Maintenance Service:

For only £350 per month we guarantee to return the property back to you in the same condition it was rented at the end of the rental period.

We also manage the day to day property management of your property.

Refurbishment & Repairs Package:

We are one of the only UK Agents that offer this service.  We pay the cost of the renovations and repairs up front and then deduct the repayments from your rental income over the period of your contract with us.  There are no upfront costs.

This service is great for new or first time Landlords that want to upgrade their property before letting it but don’t have the up front cashflow to carry out the works.

Tenant Searches:

When you rent your property with Arron James you have the peace of mind that we will take care of everything for you.  We find tenants, we can collect the rent on your behalf and we manage the property repairs and maintenance on your behalf.

Our skilled negotiators in your local branch have access to your property information using the latest estate agency computer systems, so as to provide potential buyers with all the key information they require.

We use will market your property on Rightmove, Zoopla (the two main places people looking for property in the UK look) but it doesn’t stop there we will also market your property to our database via email and across our social media platforms to ensure maximum exposure.

All potential buyers also have access to your property details online including full room descriptions, measurements, photographs and floorplans via our own website and other major property websites.

Accompanied viewings are offered to all clients whether a vacant or occupied property. Our skilled agents can sell the benefits of your home and generate offers on your property. Viewers are comprehensively and financially qualified to avoid time wasters for your security and peace of mind. We will also ensure feedback is provided to you within a 24hr turnaround.

We can organise an energy performance certificate (EPC) as this is a legal requirement. Please remember that you must have an energy performance certificate before your property can be marketed.

We can also help to connect you with professional property lawyers, carry out a market appraisal before you decide to sell and guide you on how to present your property for to create the best first impressions for buyers.
