So who are we? Daniel Hawkesworth and I took over the business known then as Arron James Karis in May 2013. It was always our dream to own and manage a successful estate agency after working for one of the UK’s leading corporate firms for many years. With combined experience of over 30 years, Daniel and I have both been branch managers which provided us with extensive experience and knowledge of the local area.

With us both being family men, we fully appreciate the emotions that come with buying, selling or even renting a property. To some people it becomes more than just bricks and mortar which we fully understand when it comes to finding the perfect property for you.

Our philosophy is simply a professional approach with a personal touch.
